Returns & Cancellations


Due to the bespoke nature of some of our keepsake boxes, the following items are excempt from the right to cancel after you have given your approval to the final design.

Any product which is non standard, personalised or customised to a customers particular requirements.

For all standard design products, if you have made an error in your order, please email or contact us immediately and we will revise the order to the correct product.  If you would like to cancel your order prior to delivery, please contact us on 07886656438 immediately and we will stop postage of the product. A brief explanation as to why your are cancelling will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

Any arrangements made to return the goods after delivery must be at your own expense. Please ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

The cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.


Faulty Goods

If there is a problem with the goods and you consider them to be faulty, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights. Our aim is make our customers happy with their purchase and we will do our utmost to resolve any issues you may have.
